* Pre-Gym Program - Ages 12 months to 5 yrs This program is designed to teach pre-schoolers gymnastics progressions & achieve perpetual motion & fitness in a safe environment that shouts “FUN”, while raising the child's self-esteem. * Recreational Programs- Ages 5 yrs to 18 yrs. Students are grouped by divisions based on skill level /age and are taught the 4 Olympic events. * Tumbling for Trampoline - Ages 6 yrs to 18 yrs. Classes focus on the tumbling aspect of gymnastics with the benefit of the trampoline for developing skills. * Tumbling for Cheerleading- Ages 6 yrs to 18 yrs. Students focus on the tumbling aspect of cheerleading & are divided by skill level. * Strength and Flexibility - Ages 6 yrs to 18 yrs. This program is designed to build muscle strength and flexibility needed to excell in gymnastics or any sport.
* Team Programs -include competitive and non-competitive groups. We are a USAG member club & compete in sanctioned local & national competitions.

We proudly welcome Jon Crosby and his team of fine professionals to our facility. They will be teaching a variety of classes beginning April 11th. They will offer competitive level classes as well. We also teach cheerleading, dance, and gymnastics basic levels to competitive team levels.
