Atlanta Area Mommies
We're a community of over 375 moms in the metro Atlanta area including Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Forsyth, Hall, Cobb, Cherokee, Paulding, Bartow, Douglas, Carroll, Coweta, Fayette, Clayton, Henry, Newton and Rockdale counties - ALL types of moms including those who work full-time. We chat online in a private forum - discussing everything from the best photographers to the worst temper tantrums and all that lies between - and meet-up regularly at member-driven events around the area. This is a FREE resource and a chapter of The Mommies Network, a 501c(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping moms find support and friendship in their local community.

Dad to Dad - Atlanta
View the current calendar of events
Description: Dad-to-Dad was started
in 1995 by Curtis Cooper here in Atlanta, GA. The group
began as a way for full-time dads to get together with
other full-time dads. At weekly playgroups, the kids
get to enjoy playtime together, and the dads can talk
about... uh... dad stuff. We also schedule field trips,
family weekends, and (most importantly) dads' night
out dinners. It's a great way to meet other guys who
stay home with their kids, get out of the house and
socialize, and not feel like "Mr. Mom." - Excerpt
