“I’ve Been Working on the Railroad”

All Aboard for the Southeastern Railway Museum’s Summer Camp!
This year’s theme is “I’ve Been Working on the Railroad”. Your child will get to participate in similar activities as railroad workers, past and present, while exploring over 50 historic trains. Each day he will learn about new railroad jobs, make a railroad craft, and do railroad activities. He will even get to ride in a real caboose!
Children will be divided up into one of three groups, 4 and 5 year olds, 6 and 7 year olds, 8 – 10 year olds.
The charge for the camp is $145 per child and includes snack.

The
Longhorn Club presents its 3rd Annual Fast
Pitch Softball Camp June 2-4 at the Kell
High School Softball field. Session One is
for 2nd-5th graders and goes from 9am-12pm
each day. Session Two is for 6th-9th graders
and goes from 1-4 each day. The cost of camp
is $75 which includes a camp t-shirt and
other prizes. The camp focuses on the development
of individual fast pitch softball skills
in hitting, bunting, fielding, throwing,
base-running, and pitching and catching.
