My family is looking forward to going to Fantasy in Lights again this year.  Both of my kids were in awe of the lights and music as we rode the trolley through the mystical lights last year.  We went on two different occasions and that simply wasn’t enough.  Who doesn’t have fond memories of driving through neighborhoods covered in Christmas lights when they were a child.  Your family will love it.

While the kids and I loved every minute of Fantasy in Lights last year (2011), my daughter’s favorite scene was March of the Toy Soldiers, made up of two giant soldiers stand majestically at attention as you enter a scene that hearkens back to childhood with a rocking horse, a top, an airplane, and a teddy bear.  My son especially loved the hopping frog.

While you are enjoying Callaway Gardens with your family this 2012 holiday season, visit the not-to-miss Christmas Village.
Step into Callaway Garden’s heated haven of holiday cheer, treat yourself to a cup of hot chocolate, and take advantage of great Christmas shopping opportunities. Children will delight in opportunities for gingerbread house and ornament making, face painting and a visit with jolly old Saint Nick himself.
