Canongate Golf Hosts 2nd Annual Junior Golf Expo
To celebrate the official start of its 2013 junior golf program, Canongate Golf is hosting a series of four Junior Golf Expos at Georgia National, Bentwater, Braelinn and Mirror Lake Golf Clubs. These free events serve as an opportunity to introduce kids 5 and up to the game of golf and develop current junior player’s games through Canongate’s series of summer camps, Get Golf Ready program, junior competition and more.
As a way to introduce the game to kids, each Junior Golf Expo will also feature fun activities including golf lessons and sports specific training and movement stations. Canongate instructors will also be on hand to fit juniors for golf clubs. The Expo will also have bounce houses on site, as well as an appearance by “Scratch” the Canongator.
