Shoppers will learn how to stay safe while having fun this summer as Sugarloaf Mills, the largest outlet and value retail shopping destination in Atlanta, is once again the host site for Safe Kids Gwinnett’s educational “Safe Summer” event on Saturday, June 8 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. This family oriented informative event, held in Sugarloaf Mills’ Food Court, will provide families with valuable information about car, fire and water safety.

This annual event provides members of the local community with vital information through a variety of interactive games and informational sessions. Safe Summer will feature safety demonstrations from the Gwinnett County Fire Department, as well as detailed information about how avoid danger this summer, including preventable shootings, basic fire prevention, hands on training on life saving skills, sports injuries and water safety. Families will also enjoy fun games, prizes and many more summer activities.
