LEGO lovers are invited to see who has the fastest LEGO car
The 9th Annual “LEGO Race Back to School” event hosted by The LEGO Store encourages children to create cars made entirely out of LEGO products and bring them to race at Sugarloaf Mills. Cars will compete in one of three race categories based on length by LEGO® studs: 10 to 19 studs (3 – 6 inches); 20 to 27 studs (6 – 8 ½ inches); and 28 to 36 studs (8 ½ – 11 ¼ inches). Trophies will be awarded for the first, second, and third place winners in each category. Plus, following the last children’s race category, an adult race will take place with all sizes up to 36 studs.
WHEN:
Saturday, September 7
10 – 19 studs: 11:00am-12:00pm (Sign-in closes at 10:55am)
20 – 27 studs: 12:30pm-2:00pm (Sign-in closes at 12:25 PM)
28 – 36 studs: 3:00pm-4:00pm (Sign-in closes at 2:55 PM)
