North Point Mall will welcome Santa Claus on Friday, November 8 at 10 a.m. Santa will be available for photos during mall hours from November 8 to December 24 on the Lower Level in the Von Maur court, beside the play area.
A parade celebrating Santa’s arrival will be held on Sunday, November 10 from 2 to 3 p.m. The parade will begin in the Upper Level Food Court and end at Santa’s chair. Santa will ride North Point Mall’s train during the parade, while the Seed and Feed Marching Abominable, a 50-member marching band, plays music for the crowd to enjoy.
“Visiting with Santa is an annual holiday tradition for many of the families who visit North Point Mall,” said Nick Nicolosi, North Point Mall general manager. “We are excited to get into the holiday spirit with a variety of activities that will allow everyone to enjoy the magic of Santa.”
In addition to taking photos with the kids, Santa will offer pet photos every Monday from 6 to 9 p.m. Shoppers are invited to bring their dogs and cats to pose with Santa for pictures. Story time with Santa will be held on Saturday, November 23rd from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. Children can gather around Santa as he reads the holiday classic The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg.
