Meet Bunny, Available For Adoption at Forgotten Paws

Meet BUNNY (or as we call her, Funny Bunny Foo Foo). Bunny came to us when she was only 6 months old. She was a baby and we rescued her and her brother from a nasty kill shelter in northern Georgia.

Bunny

Bunny is now 3 1/2 years old and has never found her forever home.  She is so happy go lucky and so very friendly. It is simply insane that no one has given this girl a chance. Her mother was a Pointer and we were told dad was a boxer/bulldog.  Both parents dumped at the shelter with the pups. Bunny is full of love. Bunny loves everyone she meets. She loves toys and plays fetch. She gets along well with all the dogs at the kennel house, no matter what size or sex.  She is housebroken, crate trained and just a big cuddle muffin. All she wants is to be loved and she begs everyone single person who will love on her at adoptions to take her home.

Bunny is good with kids but might accidentally knock over small ones with her wiggly butt. She is very curious about cats but if in a home with cats that are used to dogs, she would probably do just fine.  She is scared of the neighbors cat.

Bunny is spayed, microchipped, current on all vaccinations, and heartworm negative. Adoption fee is $150.  Apply to ADOPT OR FOSTER her at www.forgottenpaws.com
About Forgotten Paws:

Our mission is to save the lives of as many homeless pets as possible through rehoming, education of the public and reduction in the number of animals brought into the world.Through our rescue program we not only pull animals from kill shelters, we also work to help individuals who need to re-home their personal pets and families whose loves ones have died and left pets behind.Through our education and spay and neuter assistance programs, we strive to reduce the number of litters born each day by spaying or neutering as many owned pets as possible. We hope that our efforts will make a huge difference in the long run and a dent in the number of pets needlessly killed.

What keeps us going is the love and appreciation we see in the eyes of the sweet pets we are able to save. When we look into the faces of these animals that would have otherwise been a statistic and then forgotten, we know all our time and efforts are well spent.
