Position Requirements:
As an Outside Sales Representative with Atlanta Moms®, you must be exceptionally organized and great with time management, communication and negotiation skills. Our ideal Outside Sales Representative is adaptable, creative, has a significant interest in selling online advertising. You must also project a professional appearance and attitude with your engaging personality.
Candidates must have:

Great communications and social skills.

Self-learning skills and ability to manage your own schedule and work effectively without direct supervision.

Access to Internet and cell phone or landline phone number that you are willing to share with clients.

Above average understanding of Social Media.

Good communication technologies, i.e., cell phone, laptop, iPad, or other technologies to promote quick response to customer needs.

High school degree or GED required; college degree preferred.

Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales environment.

2 years of sales experience is preferred for this outside sales position.

Valid driver’s license and reliable insured transportation.
Job Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales Representative with Atlanta Moms®, your primary method of contact with potential and current clients will be phone. You will call and may (currently optional) meet with business owners in your “Guide” territory to collaborate with them on advertising products and services that will grow their business.

You will be responsible for tracking all calls you make and emails on an online spreadsheet that will be provided to you and will be viewable by all sales associates. This process in non-negotiable and ensures that you and another sales associate are not contacting or working with the same client and that we know to transfer the client to you if they mistakenly call our main number.

Effectively presenting advertising solutions to current and prospective customers.

Be able to present strategies that provide a substantial ROI for your customers

You will call and communicate with business owners who fall into the Guides listed in your territory. Guides may be Pediatricians, Cupcake Bakeries, Hair Salons, Day Spas, Ice Cream Shops, Toy Stores, Consignment Stores, etc.
