Make it a Romantic Getaway
Enjoy an overnight stay at the Mountain Creek® Inn and a wonderful dinner in the Plant Room, which features the famous Friday Night Seafood buffet and an Southern Classic buffet on Saturday night. Guests can cozy up in front of a fireplace with a Warm Winter Nights package in a Southern Pine® Cottage or Mountain Creek® Villa. Specially priced during February, this package includes a free bundle of wood, admission to the Gardens each day of stay and day of departure.

On Friday, Feb. 14, or Saturday, Feb. 15, a very special prix fixe Gardens’ Restaurant Valentine’s Dinner will be available in this intimate setting. Build your own romantic four-course dinner from the following:

    Baked Apalachicola oysters with spinach and a creamy Mornay sauce topped with herbed breadcrumbs

    With toasted tomatoes and Italian olives topped with shaved Asiago cheese and a balsamic drizzle

    Springer Mountain Farms® chicken and oven-roasted wild mushroom volouté in a puff pastry shell

    Mixed local greens, spiced Georgia pecans, caramelized shallot vinaigrette, tomatoes and herbed chèvre croutons

    With blue crab and a Parmesan crisp
  • Butternut Squash Soup
    With Sweet Grass Dairy® chèvre and Callaway Gardens’ famous Country Ham

    Canadian lobster meat baked in a mustard brandy cream sauce and Gruyère cheese, served with asparagus and basmati rice pilaf
