Day After Thanksgiving Friends and Family Day at High Museum of Art Atlanta: Friday Nov. 28th

High Museum of Art Thanksgiving Family ProgramingMake the High your new post-Thanksgiving tradition! Come to the Museum on November 28 and enjoy the day with friends and family: discover new works of art on a scavenger hunt, hear live performances, catch a film, and participate in all-ages art-making activities. The Museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with programming beginning at 1 p.m., plus kids receive free admission all day!

Enjoy art-making activities with something for everyone. Teens will love our linocut and book binding workshops while adults can enjoy still life drawing and an art making drop-in with the Indie Craft Experience. Your little ones can channel their inner Cézanne in a watercolor workshop.

After your Thanksgiving feasting, you’ll love stretching out during Kids’ Yoga. Gather friends and family afterwards for some laughs in our photo booth!

Live music and performances will occur throughout the day in the Margaretta Taylor Lobby and Robinson Atrium

Don’t forget to shop for creative holiday gifts! Our Museum shop will be offering $5 off your purchase of $20 or more throughout the day.
