3 Summer Popsicle Treats Your Children Can Make

Supplies Needed:
Small paper cups and Popsicle sticks. You can also find Popsicle supplies at your local craft store. Another option is to use an ice tray and toothpicks.

1. Strawberry Banana Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 package of frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup of lemon juice
  • ½ cup of apple juice

Combine the ingredients and make any adjustments that your children desire. Place the liquid mixture in the cups. When the mixture begins to freeze, add the Popsicle sticks and let freeze.

2. Very Berry Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of your child’s favorite frozen berries
  • ½ cup of vanilla flavored yogurt
  • ½ cup of coconut or almond milk

Combine the ingredients and follow the previous instructions.

3. Chocolate-Peanut Butter Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of chocolate milk
  • 2 tbs. peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana
