Looking for fun and enriching outdoor activities to do this summer with your kids? Join staff from Cobb County Water System and Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs this July for our Outdoor Romping and Creek Stomping Series. Educators from the Watershed Stewardship Program and the Natural Resources Program will be facilitating four adventure sessions this summer at local public parks from 9:00am–11:00am.
Upcoming events are July 12th, ‘Hiking, Heritage & History’ at Hyde Farm in Marietta.
This event is for those ages 7 and over.
On July 26th, there will be a ‘Family Scavenger Hunt’ at Kennworth Park in Acworth.
This event is for all ages.
Registration is required for both events and the cost is $2.00 per person per event.
