Feeling the crunch of summertime planning just around the corner? At The Chattahoochee Nature Center, we’re here to help! With fun things happening all summer long, we aim to help Atlanta parents add some variety to their summer plans.
Come join us for canoe trips every Saturday and Sunday beginning in May. Trips are scheduled along the river (ages 6 and up) or around the Beaver Pond. With trained canoe guides as your leaders, no prior canoe experience is necessary. All you need is a smile and readiness to have some fun!
We’re also kicking summer off right with a Summer Fun Day on Saturday, May 26, from Noon-4pm.
All ages are welcome to join us and enjoy parachutes, hula hoops, sidewalk chalk, Frisbees, and more. We’ll also have special performances by improv group, Laughing Matters, at Noon; and a Little Miss Muffet Story Time at 3pm. Plenty of fun to start your summer off strong!
