This year enjoy Thanksgiving dinner at Callaway Gardens® and spend a day relaxing with family and friends. Callaway’s culinary team, led by Executive Chef Chris Smith, is prepared to make your Thanksgiving experience as delicious as it is memorable.
The Plant Room Restaurant, inside the Mountain Creek Inn, will offer a bountiful buffet including Spice Rubbed House Smoked Turkey with Giblet Gravy; Roasted Sugar Cured Ham with Peach Date Compote; Braised Beef Short Ribs with Jus and more. A special Children’s Buffet will include chicken nuggets, green beans, macaroni and cheese and more.
The Gardens Restaurant’s Thanksgiving offerings will have a Southern flare with such regional classics as Candied Butternut Squash Bisque and Shrimp and Smoked Cheddar Grit Cake to get things started. Entrée choices include Free Range Herb Marinated and Fried Turkey with Chestnut Cornbread Dressing; Sea Salt Crusted Smoked Prime Rib or Salmon Coulibiac, all with wonderful accoutrements.
