After talking with several people who saw THE PRODUCERS the last time it was here, 8 years ago, and seeing how animated they got when they were telling me about it, I was so excited that we got to go see THE PRODUCERS Friday night, on opening night! I seriously could NOT sit still while waiting for the show to start! And let me tell you, it did not disappoint!
Within the first 30 seconds of the start of the show we were laughing and didn’t stop the whole time! It was AMAZING!
One of my favorite parts is when Bialystock and Bloom go and meet Franz Liebkind for the first time. Franz Liebkind is the writer of the show that Bialystock and Bloom want to produce and he is hysterical! I don’t want to tell you too much and give it away..you just need to go and see the show!
If you have not seen it yet, it is a must see show. THE PRODUCERS, produced by Theater of the Stars, is running now – Jan. 31st at The Fox Theatre.
