Let me just start out by saying, I love coffee. No..really..I LOVE COFFEE. There are mornings that I get up and I just can’t wait to have that first sip of sweet-smelling, sugary goodness, that I can’t get to the kitchen fast enough. I have to limit myself to 2 cups a day otherwise I would probably drink it all day and night! But by 3:00 in the afternoon my morning coffee is out of my system and there are days that I just need an afternoon pick me up but I don’t want hot coffee. Strawberry Mocha Caramel Delight Recipe
- 2 cups ice
- 12 oz. International Delight Mocha Light Iced Coffee
- 5 strawberries
- 1 oz semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- Caramel sauce
Instructions:
- In a blender place ice, International Delight Mocha Light Iced Coffee, 4 strawberries, and semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- Turn blender on high for 30 seconds or until all ingredients are blended well
- Pour into your favorite glass
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top of your drink.
- Garnish your glass with the remaining strawberry and enjoy!
