Fantastic Fourth Celebration at Stone Mountain Park – July 2 – 5, 2015 / Stone Mountain Park

Fantastic Fourth Celebration was voted the “Best Place to see Fireworks in Atlanta” by Atlanta Journal-Constitution readers, a “Must-See Fireworks Show” by USA Today and one of Reader’s Digest’s picks for “America’s Most Spectacular Fourth of July Fireworks.”


Fourth of July Cumming Parade at Cumming Fairgrounds – July 3 / Cumming, GA

Salute to America at The Depot – July 3 / Kennesaw, GA

The City of Kennesaw will host its annual pre-Independence Day celebration of freedom, music and fireworks on Friday, July 3 from 6 -10 pm in downtown Kennesaw. Admission is free. This year’s event will feature two stages of live music, festive street entertainment, food vendors, and kid’s activities. The evening will be capped off with a brilliant fireworks finale at 9:30 pm.


Red White & BOOM! features food vendors, kids’ inflatables, a Springsteen tribute band in the evening, and fireworks at dusk Friday in Lillian Webb Park.


Villa Rica 10th Annual Fireworks Extravaganza – July 3 / Villa Rica, GA

See the largest fireworks display in northwest Georgia at the Villa Rica Civic Center & Sports Complex. Everyone in the family will enjoy live entertainment, concessions, games and the spectacular fireworks.

Old Fashioned Independence Day Celebration at A.H. Stephens State Park in Crawfordville, GA – July 4 / Crawfordville, GA

Events will begin with our 10 a.m. bicycle parade. Old-time games will start in the field behind the office, at 11 a.m. include sack races, three-legged races, relays, egg and water balloon tosses, and a paddle boat race. $2 plus $5 parking.

Stars, Stripes and Cartersville  – July 4 / Cartersville, GA

The fun begins at 9 AM with the WBHF and Cartersville Optimist Club FOURTH OF JULY PARADE on Main Street in downtown Cartersville. After the parade STARS, STRIPES & CARTERSVILLE takes place at Dellinger Park from 10 AM-10 PM presented by Cartersville Optimist Club, City of Cartersville, and Superior Plumbing. Admission is $5.00 per vehicle.


Georgia Square Mall Fourth of July Celebration – July 4 / Athens, GA

Athens “Star Spangled Classic” celebration will host performances from bands and marching bands, the night will end with fireworks. Date: July 4, 2015 Time: 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Location: Georgia Square Mall Address: 3700 Atlanta Highway in Athens


“Salute to the Red, White and Blue” Hometown Celebration – July 4 / East Point, GA

Acworth July 4th Concert and Fireworks at Cauble Park – July 4 / Acworth, GA

The celebration features live music by The Paul Hand Band starting at 5:30 pm and headliners FLASHBACK starting at 7 pm. At dark, watch as one of the largest fireworks shows in Cobb County takes place over Lake Acworth. Food and drinks will be available from vendors.


Chamblee Fourth of July Celebration – July 4 / Chamblee, GA

This event is full of fun for the entire family and includes one of the best fireworks shows around. There will be live music, food and activities for the family.


Decatur Pied Piper Parade July 4th Celebration – July 4 / Decatur, GA

Join Decatur’s July 4th Pied Piper Parade as it winds through downtown Decatur. Decorate your wagon, ride your bike, skate, or walk in this event. The City Commissioners will lead the parade in the mini-firetruck. Neighborhoods and organizations are encouraged to make floats and join the fun. Parade line-up is at the First Baptist Church of Decatur at 5:30 p.m. The parade begins at 6 p.m. It ends at the Community Bandstand on the square with a presentation of colors and the Star Spangled Banner.


July 4th Celebration on the Lawn – July 4 / Powder Springs, GA

Downtown Powder Springs is the place to be on July 4th. The fun begins at 6 p.m. with live entertainment provided by the popular gospel quartet Zion, followed by one of Atlanta’s favorite local bands, The Men in Blues. Mayor Vaughn will lead the patriotic program at 9:15 p.m. followed by the talented Noelle Miller singing the national anthem. The festivities will end with a spectacular fireworks show. This event is free and open to the public. Games, inflatables, vendors, and food will also be available throughout the celebration.


July 4th Festivities and Fireworks at Wills Park  – July 4 / /Alpharetta, GA

The Fourth of July is an exciting time to visit Alpharetta. Spend time with friends and family. Pack a picnic and be prepared to have a blast while listening to some fabulous tunes in Alpharetta.


Parade: Our HUGE parade kicks off the celebration at 10:00 am. The parade starts and ends at Woodstock Elementary School on Rope Mill Rd. It travels up Main St. to Towne Lake Pkwy, Mill St., Market St., Fowler St., Main St. and back to the school. Festival: After the parade, join us in The Park at City Center (101 Arnold Mill Rd.) until 3:00 pm for food, live music in the gazebo, children’s games, cake walk, arts and crafts, Adam the Juggler, and vendors of all types. Fun for young and old!

Legendary Fourth of July at Lenox Square – July 4 / Atlanta, GA

For over half a century, Lenox Square has celebrated Independence Day in grand tradition with patriotic activities for the entire family. This year’s activities will include the largest fireworks display in the Southeast, musical entertainment and food concessions. Everyone is invited to experience Atlanta’s time-honored tradition and celebrate as Lenox Square lights up the sky on the Fourth of July! Lenox Square shops and restaurants are open from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.* Musical entertainment begins at 6 p.m. with Gump Fiction, then at 7:30 p.m. Party on the Moon, Atlanta’s favorite party band, takes the stage. Fireworks are scheduled to begin at approximately 9:40 p.m.


Peachtree Road Race  – July 4 / Atlanta, GA

The AJC Peachtree Road Race, organized by Atlanta Track Club, is the largest 10K in the world. In its 46th running, the AJC Peachtree Road Race has become a Fourth of July tradition for thousands of people throughout the metro Atlanta area and beyond. Sparkle in the Park at Lilburn City Park – July 4 / Lilburn, GA
