City’s famed food festival offers discounts to early bird ticket buyers and debuts new cashless wristband technology for its return to Midtown at Tech Square Sept. 25-27

The early bird gets the worm – and two discounted festival tickets! As an official kickoff to ticket sales for the 2015 festival, Taste of Atlanta – set to make its grand return to Midtown at Tech Square on September 25-27 – will host exclusive “Pop-Up” ticket sales at 10 Atlanta-area eateries on Friday, June 5 from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. for food lovers who are hungry for a decadent deal!

These “Pop-Up” sales are first come, first serve! The first 50 people at each location will receive one presale pass, which includes an access code to redeem two tickets with 10 taste points each for only $20 (normally a $54 value). The code must be redeemed online within 24 hours of the final “Pop-Up” sale – by 8 p.m. onSaturday, June 6. As if the deal couldn’t get any sweeter, everyone in attendance will also receive a complimentary treat from the participating restaurant location and even be entered to win a Big Green Egg!

Snag a spot at a “Pop-Up” restaurant location and be one of the first to secure tickets to this year’s Taste of Atlanta before they’re all gobbled up!

  • 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. – Jim ‘N Nick’s BBQ, S. Cobb Drive, Smyrna, GA 30080
  • 12 – 1 p.m. – El Felix, 1130 Avalon Blvd #1030, Alpharetta, GA 30009
  • 1 – 2 p.m. – Gu’s Dumplings, 99 Krog Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30307
  • 2 – 3 p.m. – Colletta, 900 3rd St, Alpharetta, GA 30009
  • 3 – 4 p.m. – Sprinkles Cupcakes, 3393 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA 30326
  • 4 – 5 p.m. – gusto! Wood Fire Grill, 1935 Peachtree Road N.E., Atlanta, GA 30309
  • 5 – 6 p.m. – Makan, 130 Clairemont Ave., Decatur, GA 30030

*Ticket buyers must activate their wristband prior to the Taste of Atlanta festival to ensure quick entry and ease of purchasing tastes, beverages and merchandise at the festival.

Regular pricing for General Admission Tickets is $27 in advance; $37 at the gate (General Admission includes 10 taste points). Regular pricing for VIP tickets is $77 in advance; $87 at the gate (VIP ticket holders must be 21 and older). VIP ticket holders will also receive 10 taste points; admission into the Food, Wine, Beer and Cocktail Experience and a souvenir tasting glass.
